ICYMI: I was listed as one of best state based political tweeters by WaPo
In case you missed it:
On Monday of this week, Chris Cillizza of the Washington Post put out his list of the best (or his favorite) state based political tweeters, or as it was known on Twitter #fixfavtweeters. You had to be nominated by someone else to even be considered for the list. In all honesty, I have no idea who nominated me, but I’m flattered that I was. I did observe that some people went all out and campaigned on Twitter to get on the list.
But it was revealed on Monday who made the list for Indiana. I was pleased to see that many of my political friends and I were listed. HoosierAccess (@hoosieraccess) also made the list. Check it out! While you’re at it, follow me on Twitter too! (@joshgillespie)
Full disclosure: I did nominate HoosierAccess. But other people did too, so I don’t feel like there was a campaign to get it listed. Anyway, pretty cool! By the way, I have no idea what the (R) stands for. I’m guessing it means Republican. But outside of the reporters listed (who I will give the benefit of the doubt of being non-partisan) all the others listed are Republicans.
